For the best experience, please check in at least 15 mins before class. This allows enough time for our staff to assist you with bike setup and adjustments.

If you are running late, please give us a call at 562) 315-9015 to hold your bike. If there is a waitlist and you are not checked in 5 mins before class start, your bike will be released to the next person on the waitlist.

For cancellations or no shows, the policy is as follows:

Morning Classes: In order to avoid a late cancel fee, class must be cancelled at least 8 hours in advance.

Evening Classes: In order to avoid a late cancel fee, class must be cancelled at least 3 hours in advance.

Late Cancel Fee: $10 when reserved with a membership. Loss of Credit when reserved with a credit.

No Show Fee: $12 when reserved with a membership. Loss of Credit when reserved with a credit.
